    The City of Mineral Wells, Texas, shall conduct a public hearing to advise the public about the State of Texas, Texas Enterprise Project application for the benefit of American Medical Response Ambulance Service (AMR) and to obtain citizen views and comments regarding the City's applications for this type of economic development assistance through the Texas Economic Development Bank. The public hearing shall include a discussion of the Texas Enterprise Project Program and the Facility being currently occupied by AMR located at 525 Tradeway Drive - Mineral Wells, Texas. Additionally, local incentives will be discussed to include possible tax incentives. Citizens are encouraged to attend the hearing and offer their views and comments.     The City of Mineral Wells, Texas, shall conduct a public hearing to advise the public about the Texas Community Development Program and to obtain citizen views and comments regarding the City's proposed applications for economic development assistance funding through the Texas Capital Fund. This program is administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. The public hearing shall include a discussion on the Texas Community Development Program I Texas Capital Fund, the development of housing and community development needs, the amount of funding available, all eligible activities, the use of past Texas Community Development Program contract funds, the estimated amount of funds proposed for activities that will meet the national objectives of benefit to low and moderate income persons, and the plans of the locality to minimize the displacement of persons and to assist persons actually displaced as a result of activities associated with Texas Community Development Program funds.
