Online utility bill pay is now available to all residents of Mineral Wells who have city utility services.  You can also check your account balance and view transaction and consumption history. There is a $1.25 convenience fee for each online payment.

If you are a first time user of this service, please create an online account.  You will need to provide your name and a valid e-mail address.  A password will then be emailed to you. 

Once logged in, you will need to register your utility account. You will need to provide your utility account number and the amount of your last utility payment.

Online payments made after 6:00 pm will be posted to your account on the following business day. If you are subject to disconnect for nonpayment, please contact the Utility Billing Office.
