To encourage social distancing, as well as continue to support your health and well-being, the Code Enforcement window will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 2, 2020.

Water Service Activation and Transfer

You can now apply for new service or transfer current service online. Download, complete, and submit the Water Service Application or Water Transfer Request form at www.mineralwellstx.gov/water.

Email a copy of your photo ID to waterbilling@mineralwellstx.gov and call (940) 328-7720 to pay for the $150 deposit or $40 transfer fee.

City Hall Annex Limited Access

The City Hall Annex will have limited access until further notice. For persons needing a birth or death certificate, please go to the link below. You may mail your application to the address shown or fax it to (940) 328-7704 to pay with credit card.

Please make sure to send a copy of your ID and notarized statement when applying. You may also apply to the Texas Department of State Health Services here.

Citation and Water Bill Payments

In an effort to protect the health and safety of our citizens and employees, effective March 18, 2020, the City of Mineral Wells will temporarily absorb the 4% transaction fee for all credit card transactions.

The purpose is to promote electronic transactions and facilitate social distancing during this national coronavirus emergency.
