Who may attend the Academy?

• Any interested citizen who resides or works in Mineral Wells or Palo Pinto County is encouraged to attend. Citizens involved with the Mineral Wells/Palo Pinto Co. community in some way, such as youth involvement, neighborhood watch, and neighborhood groups are very important to the Academy.
• Citizens 18 years of age or older.
• Citizens with no prior felony convictions.

When is the Academy?
The MWPDCPA is held once a year. Please see the current CPA Application and Syllabus for the start and end dates. All Classes will be held on Thursday nights and begin promptly at 6:45 pm with announcements. Classes begin at 7:00 pm and a break is scheduled for 7:45 pm.
