Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, V.T.C.A., Government Code, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the Mineral Wells City Council at the State of the Community, to be held at the First Baptist Church, 100 SW 4th Avenue, Mineral Wells, Texas, on Friday, the 13th day of February, 2026, at 11:30 a.m.
