Hyper-Reach

The City of Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto County have implemented a state-of-the-art emergency notification system to alert citizens about emergencies and other important community news. The emergency notification system, provided by Hyper-Reach, enables the City to provide essential information quickly in a variety of situations, such as severe weather, fires, floods, unexpected road closures, or evacuation of buildings or neighborhoods.

SIGN UP FOR WEATHER Warnings

All citizens and businesses must sign up for the new system to receive Weather Warnings, even if you had previously signed up for the old system. Due to this being a new emergency system, all residents and businesses must re-register.

How Emergency Alerts Work

The process begins when the City issues a message about a potential safety hazard or concern. Messages will be sent to all standard voice and text communication devices, including land line phones, cell phones, email, and more.

To receive important communications from the City, residents, business owners, and neighbors must register the voice and text communication devices where they wish to receive messages.
