The fourth round of water distribution will be today at 10:30 am at The Center of Life.  The city will be distributing 9 pallets of bottled drinking water and 6 pallets of gallon water for flushing/cleaning/etc. 

We are also working on organizing a bulk water fill-up station for livestock.
