[ARCHIVED] 2014 Great Texas Warrant Roundup (Updated 2/26)

If you have outstanding fines with the City of Mineral Wells Municipal Court, your time to pay is now. Arrests will be made and unpaid fines will be collected during the 2014 Great Texas statewide warrant roundup.

The City of Mineral Wells currently has over 5,000 outstanding warrants on the books, valued at over $900,000.

The City of Mineral Wells Municipal Court and Police Department will join forces with more than 300 law enforcement agencies across the state for the Great Texas Warrant Roundup of 2014.

The Municipal Court staff is working with those who have not paid fines to get their accounts cleared up without going to jail. The Municipal Court is located in Mineral Wells City Hall at 211 SW 1st Ave, just off the intersection of US 281 and US 180 and is open Monday-Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

While this warrant roundup is underway, people with unpaid fines will be arrested. Police will go to homes, places of work or wherever they might find those who have avoided their responsibility to the court. So anyone with outstanding warrants should take advantage of the opportunity to pay their fines immediately.
