Community Input Survey
The City of Mineral Wells City Council is seeking feedback on a potential zoning amendment related to vape and smoke-related businesses. (Cigar shops are not part of this discussion.)
Local law enforcement and Mineral Wells ISD have reported increased vape-related issues among youth, and many cities across Texas have adopted similar regulations. No ordinance has been proposed or adopted at this time.
This brief survey will help us understand how residents feel about possible regulation options, such as limiting where these new businesses could open or prohibiting new locations altogether. This is not a formal vote, but an opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns.
