• Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Annex located at 115 SW 1st St, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.
• Types of cases heard: Special Exceptions (ex. – carport requests), Variance Requests, Application (ex. – electronic graphic display signs and video display signs).
• Applications must be submitted at least 21 days before meeting date (if any variation is to be made to the deadline date, it must be approved by the Building Official or BOA Secretary)
• This is a quasi-judicial board – their decision is final.
