• Meets the 1st Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Annex located at 115 SW 1st St, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.
• Types of cases heard: Rezoning, Specific Use Permit, Site Plan Approval, Vacation of Street/Alley Closure, Replat, Short Form Plat, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, Vacation or Plat/Plat Amendment/Site Development Plan
• Applications must be submitted at least 21 days before meeting date (if any variation is to be made to the deadline date, it must be approved by the Building Official or P&Z Secretary)
• P&Z makes recommendations to City Council, who make the final decision.
