Mobile Food Vendor

Applications and supporting documents are to be sent to mdunn@mineralwellstx.gov and chedrick@mineralwellstx.gov or in person to the Inspections Department at 211 SW 1st Ave, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.

Mobile Food Vendor Permits are NOT transferable and must be obtained before a business can open.

Your application must be received at least 15 days prior to the proposed start date for inspections to be scheduled.

Once all inspections are complete an “Inspection Sticker” will be issued. The sticker will be displayed on the inside of the truck/trailer and is good for one year.

Health Inspections are to be made through our office by calling 940-328-7716 or 940-328-7715. Fire Inspections are to be made through the Fire Marshall’s Office by calling 940-328-7791.
