Food Establishments

Applications and supporting documents are to be sent to mdunn@mineralwellstx.gov or in person to the Inspections Department at 211 SW 1st Ave, Mineral Wells, TX 76067 or you may apply using the link to our Permit Portal when you apply for a Certificate of Occupancy.

Food Permits are NOT transferable and must be obtained before a business can open.

Your application must be received at least 15 days prior to the proposed start date for inspections to be scheduled.

INSPECTION REQUESTS

Health Inspections are to be made through our office by calling 940-328-7716 or 940-328-7715. Fire Inspections are to be made through the Fire Marshall’s Office by calling 940-328-7791.
